Relationship Issues

Have you thought you’d be alone forever? Perhaps you’ve felt like you need to shape shift for someone else and hide parts of yourself so that you will be liked. Do you push people away when they get to close? Or maybe you move too quickly without really knowing a person. Have you found yourself repeating the same patterns and ending up in relationships that just don’t work? Did your relationship just end?


“I’m running out of time.” “I’m afraid of rejection.” “I get physical too quickly because otherwise he’ll lose interest.” “He’s my last chance.” “I feel like damaged goods, nobody wants me.” "Why does this always happen?"

Finding the right partner can be so hard. If you’re having difficulty in your relationship or finding one, I’d love to offer relationship support. We will explore what is interfering and work together so you feel good about yourself and can approach a relationship from an empowered position. Mainstream culture sometimes wants us to believe that relationships can “complete you” or fill a void. But the real work is becoming fully yourself and at peace with your own life first. Within a healthy relationship, the right partner will add and enhance a life that is already content. 

Becoming more comfortable with being vulnerable and authentic, communicating and asking for what you need, expecting respect—these are among the pillars of a healthy relationship. Let’s build them together.
